For products requiring proof approval:

• Proof is shared for confirmation.
• Production starts only after approval.
• Delay in approval may delay dispatch.

3. Delivery Estimate

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is:

• Major cities/nearby locations: 2–4 business days
• Other locations: 4–8 business days
  These are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, holidays, or remote service areas.

4. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
• Free Shipping: Yes — on orders above ₹2999.

5. Delivery Partners & Tracking

We ship via reliable courier partners. Tracking details are shared via:

• WhatsApp / Email / SMS (as applicable)

6. Correct Address & Contact Details

Customers must provide:

• Full address with correct PIN code
• Active mobile/WhatsApp number
  If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Packaging

We pack products carefully to prevent damage during transit. Some items may require extra protective packaging.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Package

If the order arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos (unboxing video is highly recommended)

We will investigate and provide a replacement/reprint if the claim is valid.

9. Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If courier cannot deliver due to:

• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect address/phone
• Refused delivery
  The package may return to us (RTO). Re-shipping will require additional charges.
