TERMS & CONDITIONS:‐

  1. Participants must design the business card and poster using the same color combination and strictly follow the given size, names and design criteria shared by the organizer.
  2. Results will be declared only based on the announced judging criteria (layout, typography, color usage, creavity and usability).
  3. The posters must be designed using the same Software as the business card. Business cards created in Photoshop require posters to be created in Photoshop, and business cards created in CorelDRAW require posters to be created in CorelDRAW.
  4. Any use of AI, copied designs, stock logos or pre‐made templates will lead to immediate disqualification.
  5. All submitted designs must be original and owned by the participant.
  6. The organiser is not responsible for any copyright violations by participants.
  7. Judges decision will be final and non-negotiable.
  8. Digital certificates will be issued to all participants within 2‐3 working days after the results are declared.
  9. Prize money will be transferred to the winners within 1‐2 working days after the result announcement.
  10. Open to participants aged 19‐40 years, including fresher and professional graphic designers.
  11. All design files must be submitted only via email. (competitionbytpp@gmail.com)
  12. The email subject line must include the unique submission code provided by the organiser.
  13. Participants must submit their design files within the specified submission period. Any submission received After the deadline will not be accepted or considered under any circumstances.
  14. The competition results will be announced within 25‐28 days after the submission deadline. Selected participants will be informed personally via email or WhatsApp, and the result will also be officially published on our social media platforms.
  15. I understand that the entry fee is non‐refundable once paid and will be refunded only if the competition is cancelled by the organiser.
  16. Participation in this competition does not guarantee any job, project or paid work. However, based on performance and requirements, we may choose to collaborate with selected participants in the future.
  17. CorelDRAW submissions must be in CDR format and Photoshop submissions in PSD format, fully editable. (font converted to curve)

Purpose of the Competition?

This competition is organised to identify and encourage genuine design talent by evaluating real, skill‐based work. As a growing, creative and print‐focused organisation, we regularly require reliable and skilled designers for various design‐related needs.

Through this competition, we aim to:
  • Assess practical design skills in a structured and fair manner.
  • Understand different design approaches and working styles.
  • Shortlist designers based purely on quality, creativity, and professionalism.

This initiative helps us make informed decisions while also providing designers a platform to showcase their abilities through meaningful design tasks.
